Fire & Smoke Rated Doors

Fire and smoke rated doors protect large or complex openings where conventional swinging doors aren’t practical. These systems deploy automatically on alarm and are available in vertical, side, and horizontal coiling configurations to fit a wide range of structural and spatial constraints.

McKEON Safescape^® T2000 Series

The T2000 is a vertical coiling fire and smoke-rated door with one or two integrated ADA-compliant egress swing doors. The egress doors are flush-mounted in an adjacent wall and deploy into position on alarm, serving as side guides for the roll-down assembly. Available in unlimited heights and widths up to 60’. Finish options include standard gray, power coat in a full range of RAL colors, and stainless steel. The T2000 carries a 3-hour UL 10B fire rating and UL 1784 smoke and draft rating.

McKEON Safescape^® T5000 Series

The T5000 is a vertical coiling assembly designed for wide-span openings with large occupant loads. The curtain coils at the top while the rigid bottom frame, with up to 18 fixed egress doors, lowers into position on deployment. This system is available in unlimited heights and widths up to 60’. Finish options include standard gray, powder coat in a full range of RAL colors, and stainless steel. The T5000 carries a 3-hour UL 10B fire rating and UL 1784 smoke and draft rating.

McKEON Auto-Set^® S4000 Series

The S4000 is a side coiling fire and smoke rated door for openings in rated walls with limited headroom. The side coiling design lets the system navigate radius curves from 1′ to 6″. Available in widths up to 80′ and heights up to 24′. Finish options include standard gray, powder coat in a full range of RAL colors, and stainless steel. The S4000 carries a 3-hour UL 10B fire rating and UL 1784 smoke and draft rating.

McKEON Safescape^® S7000 Series

The S7000 is a side coiling fire door available in manual and motor-operated designs, with or without swing-type egress doors. It’s a good fit for openings in firewalls where headroom is limited and the opening has curved or contoured edges. The system navigates radius curves  3’0” with egress doors and 1’6” without. Available in widths up to 80’ and heights up to 24’. Finish options include standard gray, powder coat in a full range of RAL colors, and stainless steel. McKEON Safescape^® 9000 Series

The 9000 Series is a side coiling fire door available with one or more integrated egress swing doors. Like the S7000, it works well in applications with limited headroom, tight curves, and contoured openings, navigating radius curves to 3′ with egress doors and 1’6″ without. Available in widths up to 80′ and heights up to 24′. Finish options include standard gray, powder coat in a full range of RAL colors, and stainless steel. McKEON Safescape^® AC8000 Series

The AC8000 Series is a side-sliding accordion fire door available in manual and motor-operated designs, with or without egress doors. Units are built with 7″ or 14″ panels, requiring an 8.5″ or 15.5″ pocket profile respectively. The system handles radius curves to 3′ with egress doors and 2′ without. Available in heights up to 24′ and widths up to 80′. Finish options include standard gray, powder coat in a full range of RAL colors, and stainless steel. McKEON Auto-Set^® H200 Series

The H200 is a horizontal fire shutter that creates vertical compartments to stop the spread of heat, smoke, and toxic gases between floors. It’s well suited for closing off atriums, stairways, escalator enclosures, and skylights, and can reduce the need for multiple conventional fire barriers across several floors. Available in widths up to 30′ and lengths up to 90′, or 180′ for bi-parting configurations. Finish options include standard gray, powder coat in a full range of RAL colors, and stainless steel. The H200 carries a 2-hour UL 10B fire rating and UL 1784 smoke and draft rating.

McKEON Auto-Set^® Model FSFD

The FSFD is a compact fire and smoke door for spaces that need protection but not an emergency egress. It requires minimal head room and side room and is available with acoustic rating and climate control insulation options. In a power failure the system self-closes without electricity or battery backup and can be easily tested and reset on site. Finish options include standard gray, powder coat in a full range of RAL colors, and stainless steel. The FSFD carries a 4-hour UL 10B fire rating in masonry and drywall applications and a UL 1784 smoke and draft rating.

McKEON Auto-Set^® CFS Series

The CFS is a vertical acting counter shutter for openings up to 28′ wide and 12′ high. Unlike conventional counter shutters, it can be tested and reset by on-site building personnel without a service call. Finish options include standard gray, powder coat in a full range of RAL colors, and stainless steel. The CFS carries a 3-hour UL 10B fire rating and UL 1784 smoke and draft rating.
