Service and security doors and grilles offer durable, customizable solutions for spaces that require controlled access and protection. These systems can be used in interior and exterior spaces and come in a range of configurations including side coiling, overhead coiling, vertical coiling, horizontal coiling, and insulated configurations. Common applications include heavy industrial applications, schools, hospitals, and casinos.
McKEON EntryShield™ Model FE6000
The EntryShield FE600 is an overhead coiling door tested and certified to the Forced Entry Resistant Door criteria of ASTM F3038, stopping intrusions for at least 60 minutes. At up to 30’ wide and 22’ high, it’s the largest forced entry resistant door in the industry. The assembly can be motor closed via push button or remotely through an automatic closing actuating device.
McKEON BlastShield™ Model BL6000
The BlastShield BL6000 is an overhead coiling blast resistant door tested and certified to ASTM F2927-21. The system is motor operated and available in a range of sizes based on desired damage level.
McKEON BulletShield™ Models BT1000, HG3000 & RF8000
The BulletShield is available in three models, the BT1000, HG3000 and RF8000. All have been tested, certified and listed in accordance with UL752 as bullet-resistant rolling door assemblies. The BT1000 achieved a level 1 ballistic designation, providing protection from all caliber handguns up to 9 mm. The HG3000 achieved a UL-HG-C (level 3) ballistic designation, providing protection from large-bore, large-caliber handguns up to .44 magnum. The RF8000 achieved a UL-RF-H (level 8) ballistic designation, providing protection from high-powered rifles up to the AK-47 and M14. Available in widths up to 23’ and heights up to 18′; for larger sizes, consult with the factory. Available in standard gray finish or powder coat from a full range of RAL colors.
McKEON SC3000 Series
The SC3000 is a side coiling closure for spaces where headroom and side room rule out a conventional overhead door or grille. The curtain can be constructed of solid slats, perforated slats, or open security grille and opens and closes via a positive action system in the coil box. The system navigates a radius as tight as 12’’ and is available with an optional floor track. Finish options include anodized aluminum, standard gray steel, powder coat in a full range of RAL colors, and stainless steel. Egress doors are available. Choose from four SC3000 models: side coiling security grille, side coiling service door, side coiling insulated service door, and side coiling perforated service door.
McKEON Safescape® G4000 Series
The Safescape G4000 is a side-coiling security grille that moves to the fully open position without electricity or backup systems in the event of an emergency, power failure, or fire or smoke alarm activation. In non-emergency mode it provides the required security; in emergency mode it provides the required egress path. Finish options include anodized aluminum, standard gray steel, powder coat in a full range of RAL colors, and stainless steel.
McKEON SG3000 Series
The SG3000 is a vertical coiling security grille made of vertical links and horizontal rods in stainless steel or aluminum. Available in motor, hand crank, hand chain or push up operated designs with a range of finishes and patterns.
McKEON Safescape® G1000 Series
The G1000 is a vertical coiling security grille that moves to the fully open position without electricity or backup systems in an emergency, power failure, or alarm activation. In non-emergency mode it provides the required security; in emergency mode it provides the required egress path. The G1500 model adds a complying egress swing door for use without raising the full assembly, with a dual egress swing door option available for wider access. Finish options include anodized aluminum, standard gray steel, powder coat in a full range of RAL colors, and stainless steel.
McKEON HS100 Series
The HS100 and HSL150 are horizontal coiling service doors designed to close off openings in horizontal and inclined planes. Primarily motor operated systems, these systems can be designed in widths up to 20’ and lengths up to 100’. Finish options include anodized aluminum, stainless steel type 304 or type 316 with number 4 finish, and galvanized steel in prime paint or powder coat.
McKEON ClimateGuard™ IS3000 Series
The ClimateGuard IS3000 is an insulated service door with R-value ratings from 6.25 to 9.30, calculated per ASHRAE formula. Curtain panels are filled with foamed-in-place polyurethane permanently bonded to both interior and exterior slat panels. Available in 16, 18, 20, and 22-gauge curtain front panels with 18, 20, and 22-gauge back panels. Finish options include primer painted galvanized steel, aluminum, stainless steel, and custom powder coat. Self-opening configurations are available for egress.
McKEON SD3000 Series
The SD3000 is a custom-designed overhead coiling service door that requires less headroom and side room than swinging or sliding doors. Finish options include prime painted galvanized steel, aluminum, stainless steel, and custom powder coat finished to any color requirement.
McKEON Model PF3000
The PF3000 is a custom-sized overhead coiling service door available in a range of perforated patterns. Like the SD3000, it requires less headroom and side room than swinging or sliding doors. Finish options include prime-painted galvanized steel, aluminum, stainless steel, and custom powder coat finished to any color requirement.
McKEON CS3000 Series
The CS3000 is a coiling counter shutter for interior and exterior applications, available in widths up to 28′ and heights up to 12′. Available in manual push-up, hand crank, and motor operated designs. Finish options include prime painted galvanized steel, stainless steel, and custom powder coat.
